The Breakthrough Neighborhood and Community Living:  Our South Knoxville neighborhood contains seven beautiful homes for adults with Autism.  Phase III, our newest addition, includes efficiency apartments as well as a larger duplex housing unit equipped with activity areas and staff living quarters.

Respite & Recreation Program:  Breakthrough Corporation's first program offering, for adults (age 18 and older) with Autism.  Held on Saturdays, this program allows individuals to more fully experience their community, exercise, develop new skills, relax and develop friendships as well as providing respite for caregivers.  The Respite and Recreation program matches each participant one-on-one or in small groups with trained staff.  For more information, please contact us at info@breakthroughknoxville.com or call 247-0065.

Community Services & Personal Assistance:  Breakthrough is licensed to provide a full continuum of services.  All of our support and management staff are specially trained to understand the unique needs of adults with Autism.  Our current day services program provides a structured program of vocational and recreational activities that are full of fun and creative activities aimed to create successful avenues for learning.
