Anytime a student has an accident, a Student Accident Form must be filled out and filed in Central Office ASAP.

If you think that the student will at any time in the future be visiting the hospital because of the accident, a claim must be submitted on the TNRMT website. A letter will be sent to the parent of the child the day after a submission has been made to TNRMT. An example of this letter is included in the procedure below.
