Allergies and Nutritional Information
Allergies and Nutritional Information
- Dietary Forms for Meal Modifications should be completed by a licensed medical authority and then returned to the nursing staff at your student's school. The form will be forwarded to the School Nutrition Program. This process will take about a week or more to be implemented and to appear in student records.
- The safest meal for dietary modifications is always one prepared at home. Dietary modifications can only be made for food allergies documented by a licensed medical authority.
- Questions or comments about dietary accomodations should be addressed to the Director of School Nutrition at 865.457.7560.
- Anderson County Schools does the best job possible to publish correct and complete allergen information and nutritional analysis data. While safety is a top priority, the chance of error is always present and could endanger adults or students who eat our cafeteria foods.
