Materials: Several coins of different values and graph sheets-

Activity:

At a center, place several coins of different value. Have students sort the money by presidents. The students will then graph the information on graph sheets.

Theme Ideas:

This activity should be used with the unit on heroes. The presidents will be used in the social studies setting to expand the students' knowledge of famous Americans.
